Opening of ekoroad ticketing platform

The Ekoroad platform features a global reservation system which allows prospective passengers to reserve seats in available vehicles. If a driver approves a reservation request, the passenger is emailed a travel ticket that can be printed for later presentation to the driver.

Mobile ticketing application :

The ticketing platform will soon be complemented by a mobile smartphone application that will allow drivers to :

• validate immediately the received tickets
• report location at time ticket is validated.

With camera smartphones starting to be all around, we will start deploying this in a few months.
